A fine mint set of 6 issued values of Postage dues to 30c blue with part to large part original gum. The 4c has some shortish perforations at the left and the 10c has one missing perforation at top. Accompanied with a 1989 Peter Holcombe certificate of authenticity, which mentions 'tiny thinnings' affecting 4c, 10c and 20c. These are trivial gum
