Tenute Pieralisi Nativo Verdicchio Classico 2021 Nero d'Avola once walled vineyardWinemaking The 100% Verdicchio grapes are sourced from the eastern slopes of the Colle del Sole vineyard, an area covering around 4 hectares. The vines are cultivated using the Guyot sysytem, in soils rich in clay and silt, approximately 120m above sea level. The grapes are harvested in the first half of September. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spotaneously with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel at 14C, and lasts around 35 days. The wine ages
