VIKING WARRIOR’S WEDDING RING, 800-1050 AD, SIZE 8 04/10/2025 A woman’s ring for theGilt bronze, made by the interior core casting method and never finished. Low rounded face. 5. 5mm width, size 8. Cast with a central core to distribute the metal and heat. The core then laboriously removed by hand, but that removal never completed here and significant remnants of the core remain. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Surface textured from burial. Jewelry gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
