Cascade was a very strong ability, and even though this is upon death and not casting of the card, it shouldn't make you hesitant about playing this card

True Loves Kiss White has a lot of good artifact and enchantment removal already ([Card]Crush Contraband[/Card], [Card]Return to Dust[/Card], [Card]Fate Forgotten[/Card] or [Card]Forsake the Worthy[/Card] at instant speed), but True Loves Kiss adds some card draw, which is severely lacking
