Guatemala - Finca La Esperanza Grind:Drip It came to us throughWe are excited to have single farm Guatemalas again in the roastery. First of two, La Esperanza has maple syrup like sweetness with gentle pear acidity lifting the cup, while blood orange brightness and a soft pistachio finish emerge as the cup cools. A medium plus bodied coffee with medium acidity, medium plus sweetness, and a satisfying mouthfeel, this is a complex cup of Huehuetenango region, an easy drinking coffee you can sip all day.
